AddDiagnosticEntity(diagnosticEntityKey)¶

Adds an ecu.test diagnostics entity to the configuration.

Parameters:

diagnosticEntityKey : str¶

Name of the diagnostics entity

Returns:

The diagnostic entity which was added

Return type:

DiagnosticEntity

Clone()¶

Call this method if you want to use API-objects in multiple contexts, e.g. if you want to insert a specific test step in multiple blocks.

Returns:

A copy of this object

DeleteEntity(entityKey)¶

Deletes the specified entity from the configuration.

Parameters:

entityKey : str¶

Name of the entity to delete

GetAllEntities()¶

Returns a list of all diagnostic entity names in the configuration.

Returns:

List of all entity names

Return type:

list[str]

GetEntity(entityKey)¶

Returns the specified entity object.

Parameters:

entityKey : str¶

Name of the entity

Returns:

The entity object
