ZipTracesBasedOnResult

This trace step template compresses (zipAllTraces == True) and/or deletes (deleteAllTraces == True) incoming trace files of a trace analysis. The trace files are only compressed / deleted depending on the result parameters:

  • Result parameters have to be one of the following strings: “NONE”, “SUCCESS”, “INCONCLUSIVE”, “FAILED”, “ERROR”.

  • The input will always include the test results that are considered worse, e.g. if the input is “INCONCLUSIVE” the analysis will also be executed for “FAILED” and “ERROR”.

  • If all three result parameters are empty, the processing does not depend on the results.

  • If ResultTestReport is not empty, ResultTestCase and ResultAnalysisJob are ignored.

  • Different options when ResultTestReport is empty:

    • ResultTestCase is not empty and ResultAnalysisJob is empty: execution of the analysis only for given input of TestCase.

    • ResultTestCase is empty and ResultAnalysisJob is not empty: execution of the analysis only for given input of AnalysisJob.

    • ResultTestCase is not empty and resultAnalysisJob is not empty: execution of the analysis if given input of TestCase AND AnalysisJob match.

Attention: When using ResultAnalysisJob, this trace step template should be used in a separate episode at the end of the trace analysis in order to consider the results of all previous episodes. The result of the current episode may not be considered.

Deletes all traces. ZIP files with compressed traces are not deleted.
