Deprecated: Use the internal function MovingAverage() instead.

Calculate the moving average over a given quantity of samples. At the beginning of the trace may lead to distortions, since not yet enough support samples are available for the calculation.

Note: You need a new episode to use the output signal.

The calculated moving average signal.

Signal¶

The signal for which the moving average will be calculated.

• Direction: IN

• Optional: False

Parameters¶

sampleQuantity¶

Number of samples for the average calculation.

Default: 1 (the output signal is equal to the input signal)
