CalculatePwmEdgeTime

ID: legacy/7.x/CalculatePwmEdgeTime

Deprecated: Replaced by array-based NumPy trace step template.

Calculates the rise and/or fall time of a PWM signal on the basis of low and high reference levels.

Signals

FallTime

The fall time of the PWM signal from high reference level to low reference level.

  • Direction: OUT

  • Optional: True

PwmSignal

The PWM signal that should be analyzed.

  • Direction: IN

  • Optional: False

RiseTime

The rise time of the PWM signal from low reference level to high reference level.

  • Direction: OUT

  • Optional: True

Parameters

amplitude

Amplitude of the given PWM signal (peak-to-peak amplitude). Has to be greater than zero.

None .. amplitude = 1.0 [Default] Valid types: int, float

  • Direction: IN

  • Type: FLOAT

highReferenceLevel

High reference level at which the rise time calculation should stop and the fall time calculation should start. The range of definition is from 0 to 1.

None .. highReferenceLevel = 0.9 [Default] Valid types: int, float

  • Direction: IN

  • Type: FLOAT

lowReferenceLevel

Low reference level at which the rise time calculation should start and the fall time calculation should stop. The range of definition is from 0 to 1.

None .. lowReferenceLevel = 0.1 [Default] Valid types: int, float

  • Direction: IN

  • Type: FLOAT

offset

Offset of the given PWM signal.

None .. offset = 0.0 [Default] Valid types: int, float

  • Direction: IN

  • Type: FLOAT
