Generates two new signals, which represent the minimum and the maximum of the input signal.

Note: You can use the output signals only in a different new episode.

Signals

Signal

The signal for which the minimum and maximum will be calculated.

  • Direction: IN

  • Optional: False

Maximum

The calculated maximum signal.

  • Direction: OUT

  • Optional: False

Minimum

The calculated minimum signal.

  • Direction: OUT

  • Optional: False

Parameters

MaximumValue

The calculated maximum as parameter.

When used in trigger blocks, the maximum of the maxima of the input signal within the triggered ranges is returned.

Hence, the global maximum of the input signal (outside the trigger ranges) might be higher than the returned value.

  • Direction: OUT

MinimumValue

The calculated minimum as parameter.

When used in trigger blocks, the minimum of the minima of the input signal within the triggered ranges is returned.

Hence, the global minimum of the input signal (outside the trigger ranges) might be lower than the returned value.
