ecu.test agent¶

ecu.test agent assists you with creating and maintaining test content by using generative AI. It can use information from the current workspace and the installed user documentation to provide results that fit the current task.

There are three ways in which ecu.test agent supports your work:

Button-based generation

Generates test steps or trace steps for existing Blocks from their descriptions. This workflow provides predefined generation commands in the corresponding editor.

Chat

Provides an interactive workflow in which specialized subagents can answer questions, inspect workspace content, modify existing Packages and trace analyses, or review a Package.

Multimedia processing

Provides AI-based image processing for multimedia test steps during test execution. The model request and image processing behavior are configured separately from generation and Chat.

To use ecu.test agent, first connect the workspace to the Agent service as described in Setup ecu.test agent.
