Edit¶
For editing packages, projects and test configurations (at the tab “Workspace”), trace step templates (at the tab “Trace step templates”) as well as trace steps and episodes (at tab “trace analysis”), the following options are available: Cut, Copy, Paste and Delete.
If the option Search is chosen, the search dialog is displayed.
View¶
Should the arrangement of windows have been changed, it is possible to return to the original view via Reset view.
Windows¶
Here the windows can be chosen that should be displayed in the current perspective. The window “messages”, for example, may have a negative effect on running speed and can be collapsed here. (Even if the window “messages” is collapsed it continues to be filled.)
Options¶
The dialog settings is opened in which default directories, protocol level, language used, version management and report filters can be controlled.
Extras¶
trace.xplorer (basic):
Opens either the trace.xplorer basic or the trace.xplorer depending on the signal visualization settings. Both can be used to plot and analyze the signals of a trace file.
Signal Editor:
The Signal Editor for creating own signal patterns, which can be integrated in trace.check as stimuli or reference recordings, can be started here.
Edit user python library:
Opens a simple editor for user-defined Python functions, in which modifications can be made. After saving and closing the dialog, the library is updated in trace.check so that the modifications are available without a new start.
Update user libraries:
If the Python library was modified outside of trace.check, the files can be re-read here.
