Specifics¶
Requirement¶
In order to use the TestWork interface in ecu.test the TWRemote.dll has to be placed on the tool host pc in a directory accessable by ecu.test.
Additionally the TestWork server has to be started manuelly. This can be done by using the “TestWorkServerStartStop.exe” deployed to the “TestWorkData” directory.
Reading and Writing Tags¶
ecu.test logs in to the TestWork server using the generic account “Administrator”. Therefore only those tags can be written the corresponding account has permission for.
Currently it is possible to read and write double, integer and boolean tags as physical representation. (Having the necessary access rights, that is) BlobTags can be read and written as interpreted text.
