EES ErrorSet¶

With the test step EES ErrorSet several errors can be activated at the same time. The errors will be added via the action window Electrical Error Simulation tab or by using the generic EES pin in Generic to the ErrorSet.

Within the ErrorSet only errors of the same port can be used. Furthermore every pin may only be applied once within an ErrorSet.

The errors of an ErrorSet are active until another ErrorSet is applied. If errors shall be added to an already applied ErrorSet, the checkbox Merge with existing ErrorSet has to be selected. Otherwise, the errors of the previous ErrorSet will be reset. To merge ErrorSets across packages, make sure the EESPort option Clear errors at end of test case in the test bench configuration is set to False. The port job ResetErrors can be used as a test step in the test case to deactivate all errors.
